Following 11 years working as a mortgage broker and sales manager for the largest estate agency mortgage services group in the UK, we decided it was time to use the skills and expertise learned to help even more people to find and finance their dream homes...the trusted home way

We will liaise with estate agents and set up property alerts using Rightmove for the clients search area/budget to assist with finding a property. We will then assist with the negotiations by submitting the offers on their behalf in order to reduce the risk of the estate agents using their sales tactics to push up the price. Our offer ready packs include all of the documents that an estate agent would require for the sale to be agreed (Verified Identification, Verified proof of address, Agreement in principle certificate and solicitor’s details).
